UPDATE: Steve Carrion is still carrying the torch of customer service! Not only did he set up my 18 year old's new bank account remotely-but he is helping me to establish a campaign fund account for an office that I am running for as Delegate in the Virginia General Assembly- Thanks Steve!

  Are you guys kidding me I was there right at 4 pm they still had a person they were taking care off I drove 30 min to get here and right at 4 the guy said they are closed not even one minute has passed very poor costumer service .

  Is this a real bank? Called for help with setting my online account for an auto loan and its the most convoluted system I've ever seen. Im genuinely scared for my privacy. Its like they stood up this bank with the help of an IT intern.
