      2 stars for the nice buying experience. However, it seems like they don't want to help me with, literally, any warranty work. It's been over 2 months since 1 yr walk through and haven't heard back. I reached out 3 times, last time being about 2 weeks ago, still haven't heard back. Some neighbors are already getting warranty work done. I don't know why I am not getting any. It is very frustrating. I hope to hear back soon before trying other means to push them.
