      Very easy to work with very professional and get things done in a timely manner. Their whole team their works great together this is my second mortgage with them.

      Here are the facts. Their interest rates are too high for construction loans. Other companies (Zions Bank, Greystone Mortgage, or your local credit union) can get you a better rate and save on origination fees....EVEN IF YOU DONT HAVE 20% down. They are mis-managed. They will lie to you to keep you on the hook. Their attention to detail is beyond awful. You will keep asking, “what else do we need?” They will respond with, “We are good.” Only to find out they will cost you two months of time and not really do anything to advance your loan. Their local branch president thinks of you as a number rather than a customer...If you try to reach out to him to help solve a problem, he’ll treat you like garbage. So, in summary...too expensive, lies to keep you on the hook, no attention to detail, branch president is not a good person. Don’t go here.
