Would go zero if I could. Totally flaked out and dropped the ball on her client causing the loan to be escalated to Scott Collins (yes the Scott Collins below who gave a 5 star rating - he is a manager at Fairway, appears they just give each other 5 star reviews). Completely ignored messages and provided zero communication for the transaction. I have been apart of three Fairway transactions and the all have been terrible. Stay away.
