  I will never recommend this bank to anyone unfortunately. Karen has the nastiest attitude on the phone I’ve ever experienced, didn’t let me get a word in and was rude to me while I called and asked questions. Have never had such a terrible experience from a bank before; everyone else has been kind but she just rubbed me the wrong way. She needs to be trained on customer service etiquette.

  Channy hadn't even greeted me, as I was directed over to her. I proceeded to ask her a question. She replied rudely. I continued asking more questions in response to her reply. She repeated the same answer not even attempting to help me with my first question as well as ignoring my other questions. I made her aware of her rude behavior. So instead, of apologizing she stuck her nose up in the air, blinked her eyes repeatedly, expressing her lack of care very loud and clear. This is a good bank and I have had no problems thus far but this lady's lack of compassion is uncalled for.
