Manley is probably one of the most awesome mortgage officers out there, as someone who was unfamiliar with the process Manley went above and beyond to follow me making sure I understood everything and I leveraged my situation to my advantage. Taking a mortgage is a stressful situation having a loan officer that follows you A-Z is something very rare from what I have heard. All my friend too when exchanging second opinions were highly impressed by how Manley always went above and beyond. Also closing was literally a matter of 30 minutes!
