I recommended Mann Mortgage to gal interested in buying my home. I had a good previous experience with one of the loan officers when buying my home. I respectfully won't mention any names. But this time was very frustrating! The pre-approval process for my interested buyer was initiated in May 2015. It's now September 2015 and we've apparently been dropped and ignored! Throughout summer I called multiple times and left voicemails to touch base with the loan officer because the process was really starting to drag out. The buyer said she was also actively trying to communicate with them with no luck. Weeks and months would pass before I would receive a call back! My last voicemail was left in August 2015 and I simply never got a call back. I was not a direct client of Mann Mortgage, but being involved with my potential buyer in this long, frustrating, inconclusive process has been a downright BAD experience. I'd be content if I'd received notice that there was a problem, maybe a life disruption or company change causing the delays, but there was just nothing! Very unprofessional! I will never recommend this company again!
