I had high hopes for Mann Mortgage based upon referral, but can honestly say that even those expectations were exceeded during a recent purchase where I had the opportunity to work with Tom Mann as my Loan Officer. It was such a welcome relief to have Tom as my primary contact throughout the entire loan process, especially considering the many intricacies of my particular loan and subject property. Not only was Tom expedient every time I asked/emailed a question, but was also very knowledgeable about the finer details of mortgage lending. As a former loan officer myself for many years, I was extremely impressed by Tom's know-how and positive, let's figure it out / get it done mentality.
