This company came highly recommended by 4 or 5 of my good friends. I’m a highly motivated buyer and was excited to get started. When I first called this recommended employee, the employee was busy and called me back in 4 or 5 minutes. After that preliminary call, the employee text me saying they wanted to talk after I get off work at 2:30... So I called at 2:35, no answer. I text the employee later saying I called but no answer and the employee said they were very busy and to call again tomorrow at the same time. So I did, no answer, left voicemail and text. This employee text me the next day and said they were very very busy again and still wanted to talk. Coming from a motivated buyer, the fact that I could never get the recommended employee on the phone at the decent time of 2:30-3:00, didn’t leave me with any confidence that they even had time to answer my calls or texts in any sort of timely manner. After I told the employee this, the employee replied with a meager “Okay”. To me, this screamed unprofessional and overall dissatisfied with my first ever attempt to purchase a home.
