They are good people. I've personally seen them go above and beyond for their clients.

Manna House does NOT adhere to their LIMITED Hours of Operation- I and others have tried to visit them during THEIR Posted Hours and they were GONE!!! They do NOT answer Messages left on their VoiceMail and do NOT respond to their eMails. Manna House is very unprofessional and does NOT serve their clients very well. Unfortunately their Clients for the most part are Elderly and/or Disabled as well as Low-Income and have to take what they get from this company regardless of their behavior. When someone is handling another person's money and have 100+ clients they need to be available to them more than just 15 hours a week. They need to be investigated for their Unprofessional Behavior as Financial Fiduciaries.

Have had a lot of trouble recently with this place. Their sign says they are open Mon, tues, wed from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. we go there during their business hours and their open sign is lit up and their vehicles are there they still have the door locked and won’t answer their phones. I have left voice messages as well and work for a non profit that provide services for disabled adults and this is the only payee service for our clients. They don’t have their own vehicles, they can’t do special appointments. I’m sorry but if your hours say a certain thing and your peoples only source of income you need to be there. Or change your hours and let the community know so we can cater to your so important schedule
