  Would give Marathon 10 stars if I could. We were working with another company for a few months only to have the deal fall through (at no fault of our own). We were about 3 weeks from our deadline in our agreement so the pressure was on. Got referred to Tom at Marathon Mortgage, so I called him and he actually answered. After explaining our situation, Tom took the time to ask questions and came up with a solution based off of our situation. We had all the documentation in order and very soon, Tom, Mike, and Cathy went to work in a very fast and efficient manner. Their communication was outstanding and what I loved was they kept every promise they made, and did what they said they would do- that’s a rarity these days for most businesses. We just closed today on our house without a hiccup. Thank you MM for your professionalism and expertise. I HIGHLY recommend them for your mortgage needs.

  I was looking for a mortgage broker that was local to Philadelphia and could provide me with instant information as to where or not it was realistic to obtain a mortgage in my situation. Dan was immediately available, highly knowledgeable, and quite willing to help. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or family member.

  LOVE Marathon Mortgage! Everyone you speak too is extremely helpful & so kind, but Rory truly goes above & beyond for his clients. He breaks everything down so easily for you to understand & has no issue answering 100 questions over & over again! He helped us purchase our first home & then helped again refinancing. We won’t be using anyone else in the future! Thank you to Rory & all of the Marathon Mortgage team!
