This is the first time I have worked with Marcus and his team at Cross Country. What distinguished them was the higher level of communication. Each week i would receive a phone call from Marcus regarding the status of my client's loan. Typically i have a question or two for lenders along the way and it was great to have someone to talk to each week. Also, they offered something called a Hybrid Close which made the closing experience easier and quicker for my clients. Ask him about that! It was a very smooth transaction. I am happy to recommend Marcus and the team at Cross Country!
