Worked with 2 agents Jason and Joshua and they posted a sign up by the cornice where only pigeons could see it, and that was after weeks of asking for a sign in the yard. They placed the listing online and put 0 co-broke so no other agents would call, then later said oops it was a mistake and changed it! The worst part is the sale price and the representation, they made it seem like I was the market professional in setting the price and then we got a price that was 25% below market but contracts were already signed. Do not use this company for residential sales, absolutely incompetent and dishonest!
