  Marcy helped me find my first home. I am not a rich person, so my budget was way under 160,000. All the other realtors that I found would end up disappearing on me because they knew they would not get a big commission. Marcy never gave up on me. She searched endlessly and finally found me a lovely Townhouse in Mandarin. She knows Jacksonville extremely well. She's been here over 35 years. If you want the 'impossible' home, Marcy will find it and she'll never give up until she makes you happy. Thanks Marcy! '

  I was impressed with Marcy's knowledge, I was un impressed with the Do it my way attitude, the lack of communication, lack of respect for my opinions. Several times it was you must do x, this was my house and recommendations are great but do not tell me what I must do. A lot of communications were sent just to my husband and I was not even included. We did a counter and it was days before I found out it was accepted. I received no communication about the closing until the night before. We listed land with her as a test and did not list our home with her. We got way more out of it than she felt and even though she said she had a buyer they never showed. Things she felt we "had" to do were not done and we sold in 3 days. Maybe other can work better with her than I could. Also their rates were higher than what I got with a different agent who did an amazing job.

  This is an inaccurate account of my personality and the situation. When I was introduced to them they were getting divorced. I listed their waterfront property and it sold quick due to my marketing process. It sold for the highest offer and it closed on time. I gave recommendations on another property to improve the salability and checked in over 6 months of preparation, but never listed it. In regards to my buyers, they did a drive by during the prep process and shortly after purchased a home that came up closer to the children's school.
