  I am not one that reviews often, but wanted to just say how absolutely outstanding my experience has been with Margaret Nelson's office and especially with her assistant Andrea. The basic (yet so often missed) requirements of competitive rates, customizable coverage options, application/online accessibility, etc were all fulfilled to my highest satisfaction, but it wasn't even these critical considerations that really sets this office apart. It really is how genuinely interested they are in your experience and success as a person/client that blew me away. It sounds cheesy writing it, but I was amazed at how responsive and helpful Andrea was with every question throughout the time I was covered in their office. Not only did she respond promptly with expert, accurate, and helpful advice every time I reached out (phone, email, etc), she also went above and beyond to ensure things were taken care of for me at every opportunity. The quintessential example is in my recently having had to move out of the state for work reasons (and I was genuinely sad to have to change agents) and Andrea has continued to follow up with me now >30 days since I left the state to ensure that my transition to my new agent has been successful. It is clear that there is no personal gain to be had for Andrea or the agent she represents now that I am no longer their client, but Andrea has of her own accord been keeping tabs on my account for weeks, catching things that my new agent may have overlooked as I transitioned my policies, advising me on important things to ask my new agent about, and ultimately really just treating me as I imagine she would a family member to make sure things go smoothly for me. She has called me multiple times with things she noticed had gone awry or were otherwise needing attention that could have been missed. I cannot say enough about the personalized attention and care I've received. Anyway, if I am ever living anywhere even remotely close to Stewartville, MN I will definitely be enlisting with this office again. Hands down the best insurance company experience (including homeowners, rental dwelling, renters, auto, PLUP) I have ever had across multiple companies, multiple offices within companies, and multiple states. Highest recommendation.

I agree with you 100% that she is the most kind, compassionate, caring, responsible, and hard-working person.
