  When my husband got a job in LA, I was not able to move down with him immediately. I stayed in Buffalo, NY for a few month while he was down in LA working. We started to look for houses on Zillow and Realtor and found a home we absolutely loved. We didn’t even know where to start since we were in two separate states trying to buy a home. I started looking on google for the top realtors in SWLA and Marilyn’s name kept popping up as the best of the best! I decided to go with Marilyn based on reviews and her website only. I decided to give her a call and left a message. She called me back almost an hour later and we spoke and I instantly knew that she was going to be our realtor! We were already pre-approved so Marilyn got right to work. She was able to work out a time with my husband to look at the house we loved and work around our schedules. Marilyn always kept both of us in the loop and updated on everything, even at 11:00pm some nights, even with us being in two different states. Marilyn went above and beyond for us to be able to find out dream home and make the home buying process fast. We toured our home and signed all the paperwork within a month basically. She is fantastic! Always going above and beyond for her clients. We are not able to go to our home inspection due to work and being out of state so Marilyn offered to go for us.. Marilyn knows what she is doing and knows how to provide the best customer service one can. I will always choose Marilyn to be our realtor, if we ever move again she will be the one for us! I would recommend her for anyone buying or looking for a house in SWLA.. FANTASTIC!!!!

  I was very pleased to work with Marilyn Boudreaux on the sale of my home. I selected her as my agent based on her excellent sales & customer service record and her local knowledge of the area. She was extremely capable of estimating a good sale price of my property and developing a detailed marketing plan. Marilyn delivered 100% on all of these goals. When Marilyn started working on the sale of my home, she immediately relayed to me her marketing plan. She had a photographer come out to my house to take professional photos, a drone to get overhead views of the yard and different angles of the house, and also brochures printed. She updated all of the information online to make the house look outstanding. She also put her for sale sign out in the yard with the brochures. She held several open houses and was very vigilant about the property, constantly visiting and providing me with updates. Marilyn made herself available to me at all times via text message, making the documentation/paperwork process very easy. She was also very resourceful and helpful to me for small repairs that were needed after inspection. Marilyn managed to sell my house during the challenging time of COVID-19. I couldn't have asked for a better agent. She truly represents the best in her field. I would absolutely recommend her to my friends and family.

  I have dealt with Marilyn before and she is AMAZING. She truly cares for her customers and gives empathy throughout all the ups and downs of the emotional house buying/selling process. The only constant from start to finish was my confidence in Marilyn and the peace I felt knowing all was going to be handled accordingly. She kept me informed of every showing and all the feedback. I sincerely could not have asked for a better Realtor. Geaux Marilyn!
