  I had a car loan with these guys a few years ago and it was wonderful. I was 18 and had no credit and they worked with my mom who had terrible credit. Last week, I got in a crash that wasn't my fault and I called these guys today to get a small loan because after I get my insurance settlement it probably won't be enough to replace my truck with the market the way it is. I got denied because my credit score is low. They didn't factor in the fact I am a previous customer and had 100% repayment history, nor the fact I have tons of proof I pay my expenses both business and personal on time, nor the fact I could provide a generous down payment. I was denied all because of a number. It's pretty disappointing because these guys used to work with people who had no where else to go. They listened to your story and not looked at numbers, but now they've succumbed to every other banks lending standards.

  Member for many years! The covid restrictions are over. Need to expand your hours sooner than later. Wait times are ridiculous. Definitely need more tellers. PLEASE review what’s happened to good customer service with the above suggestions.

We are short-staffed in some of our locations and are actively working to hire more tellers. We can service most of your banking needs through your Online Banking account, the Marine Mobile app or our Contact Center (800.923.7280, Mon-Fri 7am-5pm, Sat 8am-1pm). We also have a shared branch location with Glacier Hills Credit Union at 608 W Johnson St that's open Mon-Fri 8am-noon. We've shared this review with our branch service leadership team as well.
