      I haven't been a member since moving to PA in 2012. I needed a transaction date from a purchase I made in 2010 so I called for help. I wasn't optimistic that they would be able to access so far back in a closed accoun, but had a sliver of hope. I didn't have an account number any more so the young lady that assisted me needed my full SSN. I was willing to give blood if she could get the info at this point. I gave her basic info to help narrow her search and she finds it. I was floored! I could not possibly thank her enough. She truly helped me immensely and I will forever be grateful.
