      I had purchased a vehicle from this bank and never missed a payment. In recent weeks my vehicle was declared a total loss due to a not at fault accident. When I attempted to acquire another vehicle with this bank they denied me because of a different account on my credit report that had absolutely nothing to do with them. They didn't even consider the relationship I had established with them and the on time payments I made with them. The quality of service I received from that ogre of a person was despicable. I will NEVER do business with this bank and I'll forever discourage people to do so. You don't treat people poorly; and furthermore if someone has shown you loyalty you don't simply disregard them and kick them to the curb. Who does that? Apparently Marine Federal does. I'm appalled.
