      I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with this company multiple times. During my second transaction, we hit a slight snag; however, Mike and Dave Webber were both able to immediately remediate the issue. There was no combativeness, only friendly voices and true concern. I would highly recommend these guys

      Very friendly customer service when you apply and very innovative approach to lending. Most places will call or email you when your application has been declined. I appreciate that Mariner has decided to chart a new course by forgetting you ever existed and then eventually mailing an adverse action letter.

      I have an open loan and was approved in April for an additional amount, I decided not to get the loan. I applied June 9th because of an unexpected layoff of my daughter. Called several times and was told they are working on my application and will get a call back I never did. I called and was told my application was denied I asked why the young lady told me I had a open loan which I had in April so she asked me to send her my check stub and she’ll see what she can do. Still haven’t heard anything from her. I will never use Mariner Finance again
