      I received the run around for several days before receiving a much smaller amount than I was originally approved for. This was not a good experience at all.

      What ever you do in life DO NOT USE Mariner Finance. What a joke, you go online to make a payment or payoff your account and it brings you in a circle which never allow you to log in. They claim there are issues but it has been that way for months. I think that they do that to so that they can charge you fee or cost you more money. I called in and I made the payment with the corp office, I called the local office at 10:30 am and no one would answer the should have been open at 9:30 am so I drove over and no one was there. The lady that took my payment was cluless about her job other that taking a payment. They report to the credit bureau as your account is closed and not paid off which will affect your credit. I tried to get some answers for the lady that took my payment and she was not nice about it. I paid off my account she talk to me as if I was a child and talked over me and not let me finish what I was asking. Her answer was to forward me back to the branch where no one was at to get my answer and I have called up there before and they have no ideal on anything. This company needs to train there employees better then what I have experience.
