      Well for one I live in Levelland TX and the office is in El Paso TX. The first guy said just bring your information in and we can help. It's several hundred miles to their office. The Young man that took my call told me I was in a position to receive $500. So I I told him I was too far away. Then a few days later I called and took care of it. But there were so many hoops to jump through is was if I was applying for a brand new loan. I had made 7 payments, and never late. The girl must have been new as she had to get another person to give her step by step instructions on how to do the process. It took around 24+ hrs. before I received the money. I will try and do my best to pay off this loan but won't be back for money again!!!
