      Too bad zero stars isn't a option, worse experience ever. I did the application online and then I received a congratulations email from them late last week. Email said I was assigned to this location and I could call them. Every time I call its sounds like a fax machine number or seems like I'm just being hung up on. The 3 times I did get a hold of someone they keep telling me they'll call back but never do and supposedly they keep running it through but no answer.

      I dont recall the name of the person working on my loan but, she was the most professional i have ever worked with in a long time. I really didnt have to do much only answer a few question and she did all the work. Her professional attitude was amazing and others could learn from her. As far as Mariner, it has alway a fair institute for me, (interest a little high but fair). Im not at home now and i wish i could remember my loan officers name. Good work.
