      Applied online. They said they couldn't verify my email? Then proceeded to say email was fixed and verified. When attempting to log back in, received the same error. Spoke to the helpdesk guy again and he proceeds to give me the address of the nearest location and hours and to call? My last message to the helpdesk team was that its unfortunate but withdraw/cancel my application. Today I receive a random 414 call with no advanced knowledge, so naturally I do not answer. The same 414 # calls again, which I do the same, assume they'd leave a voicemail. Receive a text message from the same number.... "Beth at Mariner Finance again" When are you free to get on the phone with one of our reps at Brookfield?". Lol excuse me? Does Beth have no sense of customer service, whatsoever, or... This company is terrible at communication, their website doesn't work, and their support staff should remove "support" from their names.
