      I called to inquire about the loans process and the requirements. I spoke with a very professional representative. Very friendly and treated me with respect. I follow up on the status because I thought I was denied But i was approved. They have experience a huge amount of applications. The agent apologized again very professional. The following day I was invited to come to the office to finish complete the application and received my funds. My agent explained my loan agreement and terms which included the interest rate. Monthly payment and the length of paying the loan off. Your credit score depends on your interest rate and may seem high but you can payoff the loan early without penalties or interest. I was very impressed with the staff and ther service. I have recommended my family to your company.

      The wait time to get the application status is horrible. I have to keep calling to find out what the status is and still not completed. I keep being told they are understaffed and are extremely busy. It should not take 4 to 5 days to find out the status of an application. When I did call, turns out they needed more info for me. No one called to let me know this. I had to call them. This is unacceptable. Time management seems to be an issue for the underwriters. Update: Ann Marie is the only one who is awesome. Other than that. Nope.
