      It was not good. Employees should know what they are talking about when dealing with loans/money. I have an existing loan here and took out an additional loan. I asked if I needed to make my next payment since refinancing the loan I was told no, that wasn’t the case. Second I was told the amount I was approved for then at closing was told it was $500 less horrible experience . When the loan is paid off I will not due business here again. If could give 0 stars I would.
