      Kinsey is a wonderful employee to deal with but LaQuinika is a horrible, nasty attitude having individual. I only continued with my loan due to Kinsey. I have great hopes they will no longer allow LaQuinka to answer their phones or deal with the public due to her horrible attitude and tone.
