In the process of trying to obtaining a loan through this company (starting may 17, 2022) I was informed my application was denied for not providing proof of income (via email). I called in May 18th 2022 to find out what was accepted as proof of income for a 1099 worker... I was provided with a link to submit those documents...I submitted the documents throught the link provided as well as throught the online portal they provide when you log into their website. I have also physically brought in the required documents in...and to this day I have not received a call from Ms Billie J. My loan officer.. I calledjune 2nd 22 at 10.16am and was left on hold for 28 min and 52sc... after being hung up on I've tried calling numerous times getting no response...is there a a general or branch manager professional enough to assist
