      This location is the worst one I’ve dealt with. My first loan with the Plano location was so smooth! I can’t tell you have many different times throughout the year I’ve applied & didn’t get fully processed. They have you schedule a call but never call. When you call them they take all your information then tell you they will call you back & never do. You shouldn’t have to keep calling just the get the status of an application!
