      When I paid my loan off last month it was 12 to 14 months left on my loan but instead of them taking off unused interest rates they had me pay the entire thing. I ask for pay off papers to be sent to me and the only thing I received was a receipt. I was with them several years not one day late ever and this is how I am treated! Someone owes me money and payoff papers! Not the right way to treat people that trusted you so many years.
