      Mariner Finance (this location) sent my family an unsolicited check for about $3500. The thing is, this check represents a loan and cashing the check means I agree to the loan terms. Let's take a look at the loan terms: - Amount Financed: $3,500 - Finance Charge: $2,200 - APR: 34% This is nearing predatory lending practices. Imagine what they're doing to people that don't understand these terms or people who think it's "free money" or maybe even someone who doesn't understand English very well. Shame on you.
