      Absolutely Terrible customer relations department!!! I was told that even though we left a vm and never heard back and no one ever answers that - and I quote " if you don't want to go in person or wait then you are free to go somewhere else and apply" Not only am I appalled since this is the Customer relations dept but if we don't get a call and have no idea if a turn around time, do we just wait till kingdom come??

      Excellent staff. However, the rates are high and no bathrooms, otherwise great to do business with, the ladies reworked my loan so I could keep up with the payments.
