I had an amazing experience with Affinity, specifically Mario. He handled my account and he went well above and beyond the call of duty. He took pride in helping my wife I and getting us the best possible numbers for our mortgage. He is extremely educated in this field and dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly. His response time, customer service, and friendliness made the difference. He did so much more then he was actually required to do and it felt great having him on my team. His open line of communication to my agent and the seller was excellent. He is very team oriented, and given I am a USAF Veteran it meant a lot to me seeing that. In a crazy market things couldn’t have gone more smoothly with him. I would recommend anyone looking for a home reach out to Affinity. A special thanks again to Mario.
