  Mario is by far the best and most professional loan officer I've worked with. I've worked in banking for about 8 years and no one compares to him. Mario made the loan processes very smooth and everything was very fast, which is rare in this industry. We were ready to close in about 3 weeks. Working in a bank for so long I've experienced horrible situations with the loan process for a home. This DID NOT happen with Mario, and that's the reason why we have used him multiple times for our loans and referred him to multiple friends. If you’re looking for the best experience and someone with lots of knowledge, look no further.

  I have been a successful Realtor for 5 years and have never had such an awful experience with a loan originator. Mario Rodriguez and his supervisors Tim Bolta and Robert Ward do not have the words "customer service" in their vocabulary. They were overwhelmed, incapable, unprofessional, and could not meet our closing commitment date, ignored closing extension deadlines, did not communicate and when they did gave misleading information that left both the sellers and the buyers extremely stressed. Stay away from them! There are plenty other reliable, capable, and professional Loan Originators out there!!!
