      I have used Mark Baker and his team on a couple of different transactions and they have been top notch. Quick and easy, which is not the norm in the mortgage business. In my most recent transaction their counter party did not lock the rate as instructed while rates were soaring daily… Mark went to bat and was able to bring the lender to the table after weeks of negotiation on his part and I closed where I was promised to close at. Had this not happened, my monthly payment would have increased close to $2,000/month. Needless to say, I am sold on Mark and his team. I recommend without hesitation 100%.
