      Mark did an amazing job informing us of what to expect, how to handle things, and kept us informed on how the process was moving along. Not only did he get us in our house under what we were expecting, he got us in there in about 3 weeks - plenty of time before our first born was due so we could get his nursery in order. Not only that, the Christmas after we closed and moved in, we received with our family name on it as a surprise gift! I couldn't see us working with anyone else for our home loan. He was clearly the best part of the home buying process.
