  Mark was very knowledgeable with getting us our mortgage. He made the process go as smooth as possible. He was available to answer questions while dealing with a family emergency. He got us a great mortgage with a low fixed rate. Thank you Mark Hill.

  Mark was supposed to help my husband and I get pre-approved for a mortgage as we were interested in buying a house. He spoke to us once saying he could help and then passed us on to his assistant. Then after several emails and texts over the space of 2 weeks to several members of staff, we never got another response. This was after they pulled a credit check without letting us know they were about to do, due to the radio silence, which knocked 5 points off our rating. I know this is normal but if they aren’t even going to help us get a mortgage, what’s the point. I understand (or at least an outside source told me this was the case) they may have had a bereavement in the office which is really terrible and I’m very sorry about that, but someone could have contacted us to let us know they were no longer able to finish our application so we could move on and speak with another company. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

  I highly recommend Mark Hill and Movement Mortgage. Mark is professional, organized, honest, has integrity and very good with communication. Also, the Movement Mortgage processing staff are courteous and thorough. These are all qualities you want in a loan officer and mortgage company! And, great rates too.
