  Your staff needs to be retrain they told me i will be paid for renting a private party car due to lack of small cars in my price range at the loco car rental companies when asked to get paid they asked for an affidavit which i sent to to them and when it was time to pay up your company stated that it was out of the police to do that even though i had 4 reps on recording state that i could do that. when bring it up to my rep keren witch works under Mark hoogs she told me as long as i had the recordings i would get paid for it then she change her mind and said no we wont pay that regardless even she said they would if i had evidence and now i have to take this up in small claims

  Emilio - I'm sorry that you were frustrated with your experience with the Claims department. Claims are not part of my business, so your review really has nothing to do with us, but we’re always happy to help. Although your policy does not cover the cost of renting a car from a friend, if you were mistakenly told by someone in Claims that it would be covered and then you went out and did that, I’m sure Claims would honor it. However, as we discussed, we’d need some more specifics from you about that interaction so we can try and find evidence of it. Secret phone recordings of calls after the fact are not helpful. I never heard back from you after you said you would provide the specifics of the call where you indicated you were told that before you rented the car from your friend, and so far without that, we have not been able to find any evidence of such an interaction. But I’m still happy to work further with Claims if you decide you’d like to provide that information. Your review is really quite unfair, though; we’re on your side and are the ones who have been trying to help advocate for you with this. Being abusive towards my team, who have been nothing but courteous and sympathetic towards you, is also not acceptable and makes it difficult for us to help you.
