I have been trying to work with Citywide for awhile now but just couldn't get to a place where it was ideal so for a few purchases I went with other lenders. But our most recent purchase was one of the most complex and having Mark help me in the past with the various offers, providing advice and insight despite giving him our business, they've always been the most helpful. We finally used them most recently and I have to say their standards were higher than expected. It was the first time with a lender I felt confident in their services. I'll be using them again and referring them for sure.
