  Since I’ve been a member I have always fell short and sometimes not on time but these guys have never added to my frustration only helped and gave me extensions time after time and I am proud to be a member and would recommend anyone to call Market USA.

  I am a small dealer in Tennessee that began to refer loans to market USA under c u d l platform. Our experience with market USA was horrible. Poor communication would not return phone calls held up fundings. Any small dealer that chooses to work with market USA needs to be aware they will not give you one ounce of support they will not speak to you on the phone. They responded referring to them reaching out in several channels, BUT A PHONE CALL IS NOT ONE OF THEM.

We tried to contact you through several channels to explain the funding process so that deals are funded in a timely manner. Unfortunately, we didn’t hear back promptly to help with this process.

  Not sure how the automated phone system works. I went from #2 in line with a wait time of 1 minute to #1 in line and a wait time of 9 minutes!!!! How does that happen? Someone go on break while someone is waiting in line?
