  Fellow equipment buyers....do not use this company....we purchased a trackhoe from them with the cost of $28,900.00. It was stolen from the jobsite and upon getting the payoff the amount we were told we financed $45,709.97. Customer service could only tell us that it was NC sales tax which was only $3200....they cannot tell us what the other was far. Customer service told us there was no interest or finance charges....so what are they doing. They can rob me once but never again. I’m giving this one star because I can’t go any lower. HIDDEN COST.....SCAM

  Basically lied upfront and no details of loan, my fault for believing and not reading... nevertheless, was told I could refinance and save about $3-5k in interest which is insane as to why you would have to pay that anyway especially when you make it perfectly clear upfront that you’ll pay the loan off in full if they can understand the misconception I was given by the “loan officer” ...... never got a call back , was contacted for survey and overall satisfaction with experience as to which I explained to them my problems with their lies and they would reply that they would have someone contact me and guess what .... insert jeopardy music ..... never got a call . Will never do business with these crooks again!!! Test example ; Called to inquire about security cameras and equipment that I could buy online for $1500 or less for the good stuff and install for around the same labor. They quickly sent out a salesman to inform me the equipment will be no less than $5k and I would have around $10k in total job. I tell you , this company is a joke and a rip off but hey , at the end of their jacked up lease term, I get to buy “MY” equipment for only $1 !!!! Sounds like a deal since you just charged me $10k in interest!!!
