  Excellent sales people here and Maronda has the best prices! We love our big beautiful home and large lot and location/neighborhood size is great!

  I should give Maronda more stars because I love my house. But every single one of my neighbors in our development have complaints about Maronda, from the lack of knowledge/helpfulness of the salespeople to the horrible craftsmanship in their homes (crooked ceilings, uneven floors on second story, cracks in floor in single stories). If you are only buying a Maronda home because of the cost, it might be worth looking at some other builders before you sign on the dotted line with Maronda. Oh and don’t waste your time with their preferred lender, FBC mortgage. We were literally devastated when the VP of loans called us on the way to closing and said we no longer qualified.

  Bought my town home barely two years ago. 1st I had a lot of outlet problems (one room light switch would turn the other room on). Then my floors you can see exactly where they cut and stuck the pieces together. My biggest problem yet is my roof! I have submitted several complaints about my room having a leak stain. The warranty department said it happened to be out of the first year of living here. Then everyone started blaming everyone and I was the one being charged in the end for a MISTAKE Maranda homes made! Not me!!! My roof is now soft on several areas of my room and going to start coming in... any day now. It’s hard to believe after barely 2 years of living here in dealing with My roof coming in! In the picture you can see the mold on the 1st leak. Warranty says it’s not there problem! Trying to understand how it’s my problem!
