      The people are friendly, helpful and honest. For individuals, the are preferable than commercial banks, in my opinion. I also believe they are more stable.

      I am presently on hold to speak to managment; my last two visits the representative did not greet me with a smile and were not friendly. I explained I left my glasses and the rep acted like I asked her for her money. I then said thank you and she moaned and I repeated thank you before I received "you're welcome."
