      PLEASE BE CAREFUL! We just had the worst experience with **Martin Yau**. We started a process in October 2021 to refinance our house because Martin called us and said we could get a better deal with him. We had offers from two other banks and we instead signed with him because we trusted him. During the process we ended up waiting week after week, most of the time with no response or follow up from him. Finally, TODAY, 6 months after multiple delays, he called to say that they couldn't hold the rate his bank was offering and cancelled the process. He wasted 6 months of our time and we lost our chance to refinance our home. We gave them so many documents and responded immediately to any request. It is simply unjust that working class families have to deal with real state agents like this. We share this because it is our public duty to notify other neighbors so they don't make the same mistake we did by choosing this person.
