      Had hale damage to my roof. Call because there was a leak in my laundry room. The adjuster came out met with our contractor. Adjuster total my roof. With in a few hrs and by the next day. Another adjuster showed up. And claimed that there was no damage to my roof at all. The contractor disagreed and so did I. Even the pamphlet from state farm that shows what hale damage looks like. Match my roof perfectly. First adjuster total my roof. Second adjuster over ruled the first and robbed me from getting my roof replaced or repaired. I was with state farm for over 21 years not one time did I miss a payment and they always fixed my house and or cars. On my home owners a lone I payed over $170.00 a mouth. Let's do some simple math...Let's see 21years times 12 months a year = 252 mouths 252 times $170.00 dollars. So that's 252 × $170.00 WoW that's 42,840. I talked with Mary Lee about the matter and was told she couldn't do anything it was up to the adjusters. So I canceled my home owners insurance after over 21 years. The lady I spoke to ask me why? I simply said why should I pay for something I can't use. 42,840 dollars over 21 years. I don't think people realize how much money they put out over all those years. And then one day everything changes. 2 adjusters 2 different opinions $42840 spent. State farm needs to hire qualified adjusters who look out for there loyal customers. And not out for the company's bottom line.
