  So the first day I went there was just to ask questions. I got to the store around 1030, went inside there was NO ONE in there. I knocked on counter, knocked on walls, and called out HELLO IS ANY ONE HERE for about 15 minutes. Then went out side and called number NO ONE ANSWERED. Finally I saw a lady come out of back ( mind you 20 minutes into me being there with NO ONE responding or any where in site). She comes out to counter, and has a face on like she is angry at world. I come in and say hey i been here waiting for like 25 minutes she NASTILY says well had to use the bathroom.. i said well.. maybe a sign should be used to put on counter so that customers dont feel like they are being put in a weird situation... she just STARES at me like she wanted me to just shut up. Any way so i proceed to ask questions on how her loans work and what is needed because a family member needed help for a funeral and I wanted to get the info so that people could come and help. Well she just was NOT happy to help me at all. Very short very rude and very unkind. ANYWAY so, I went back discussed it with my sister and she said i want to do it any way becasue i want to help pay for the burial.. so mind yhou.. i call this lady now on the phone... and i again clarify that we are coming from ONE hour almost away, that i want to make sure i have everything she needs because i dont want to waste my time... i specifically told her that my sister had a out of state license I MADE A POINT to make sure to tell her that because i felt she was acting a little demeaning when i saw her in person the day before.. so i wanted my sister to hear her on speaker to make sure she too heard what was needed. Well, guesss what we drove the hour ride, with all the necessary requested documents. we get there and what does she say... well i cant take it cuz your license isnt same state... WHAT???????? She was just so freakin rude and nasty and the bottom line was we werent her "TYPE " of folks.. so i guess we didnt fit the bill to get a measley $500 collateral loan on our cars... DONT BOTHER GOING HERE because she doesnt decide if your good enough by your collateral she decides by your nationality and ethnicity! SHE IS NOT WORTH BOTHERING WITH NOR DOES SHE HAVE THE ATTITUDE TAHT SOMEONE IN HER POSITION SHOULD HAVE ... i get she is a legal loan shark but in essence her job is helping ppl out of tight spots... with that should come a little professionalism.... RUDE by the way we went down the road got our loan on the spot and got more than she offered and was done in 25 minutes... so thank you Mrs. Rude.. you lost our business and i will tell every one in town not to go to you because while my sister doesnt live in town I DID! Genius!
