      I’ve had MAS financial as the finance for my car for over 2 years now and haven’t had any problems. They are very understanding and help if I need anything especially Lisette and Rocio!

      Very rude....... they consistently call my husband even though I have asked for me to be main contact. Their response was if you would answer I wouldn't have to call him, however there was NO incoming calls from them on my phone.. they state I'm in collection's. I am 12 days late on 1 payment. When I stated please don't contact him he just had a heart attack she said then make your payment. I told her I am working on it and I will get it in within the week. She was even more rude. I don't understand how something that is 12 days late can already be in collection's. A " sorry to hear about your husband, when do you think you will be able to get in a pmt" would have been a much better response.
