I got a land loan from them; their terms were more agreeable (didn't require a full 50% down) but they did have a notably higher interest rate than the competition. If you do all your banking in person and are available during the day, they are friendly and it is easy to do your banking. If you work during the day, they have limited hours (just a couple of Saturday hours). Their online banking tool is NetTeller, which is one of the worst things I have ever used and is completely useless.
