      I opened up an account back when I was 15 after I got my first job, since then I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences there, the staff all know me by name and voice over the phone, it’s not just about the transactions they ask how I’m doing and we all laugh when I go in, they’ve helped me so many times and given me so much advice when they didn’t have to.       The review from 5 years ago is incorrect. It is still Mascoma Savings bank, infact it has recently been remodeled and is very nice inside and out.. I don't have an account but I do business with them from time to time. Everyone is very friendly but the ATM is constantly messed up. Based on what I know I would recommend this bank if you live in the upper Valley of Vermont/New Hampshire. as there is several locations throughout the area. However I do not know about there interest rates or policy's.
