  It's been a long time since I've been here but when I went they let us come in and look at the cars and it was pretty great! They are really nice and they let you come in and look for free. We were wearing street clothes too and that didn't change the way they treated us. Good place!

  DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM Extremely disappointed. Do not buy any car here. I spoke with GM Garrett Williams. Very nice guy. Talked about trading my vehicle in and agreed on a number. We decided to move forward. I submitted my credit app. Got approved with two banks. The rate was high and Williams suggested that “I’ll speak with Josh and see if anything can be done with this approval to get a lower rate” I replied. Please and thank you as well as confirming we’ll stick with Maserati Financial. Fast forward to this morning, Williams texting me now vehicle is sold. How can a vehicle be or they allowing the vehicle to be sold, if there was a deal pending and approval was done. Especially after suggested he could get a lower rate. I agreed. I asked this question and Williams stated customer came in late last night and he bought it. Unbelievable. And extremely unprofessional. Not to mention I am the one asking him for updates. This is a scam. Do not buy.

  Victor Otero took care of my wife and I today. We commuted from Baltimore to Allentown Pennsylvania to look at/purchase a Maserati sedan. We initially spoke with Garrett Williams who was also excellent. Victor was personable, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic about our long commute providing food and beverages for us. Very much appreciated since the trip was long and the process took some time as well. We had an excellent experience and recommend Victor, and Garrett also, highly and without reservations!
